Hiring Help When You Can’t Afford It
Do you find that you are at the point in your business that there is just so much to do, and only you to do it? So much so that you wonder how you will ever have the time to actually serve your clients.
Yet as much as you need and would love to just delegate all of it, you don’t yet have the cash flow to bring on team members.
And at the same time you know that if you don’t bring them on, you will never have the time to generate the cash flow.
So what do you do?
Well, the worst thing you can do is to keep doing it all yourself. That’s a recipe for burnout and going broke.
In today’s episode I break down how to deal with the fear of hiring team when you don’t feel financially ready, and I share with you how I went from being a solopreneur to having the full team I have today!
It’s all about priorities, and being clear on your zone of genius. Sometimes a very small investment can give you back so much time, and I give you the details in this week’s episode.
I share with you an exercise I do each and every time we are feeling overloaded and thinking we need to expand our team. You can download it below.
I’d love to have you join the discussion on “After The Episode” in The Living Forward Facebook Community. Each week, I dive deeper into the topics we cover on Living Forward TV.
